Pain in lower vertibrates of backbone
Dear sir/mam, My dad is suffering from backache from last 5 years, the pain is near lower 2nd and 3rd vertibrates the pain is unbearable and due to this pain he is not be able to stand straight after some sleep..now a days he is having pain in his legs too... I dont know what to do now.. He has consulted many doctors but the result is same.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
