Visit orthopedic. Find out the intensity of the problem, if its surgical or can be managed conservatively. Physiotherapy is not the "TREATMENT". It can be added to the treatment protocol an orthopedic suggests. Sometimes it may aggravate the issue. So consult the TREATING Doctor first and then adjuvant therapies.
