  4. Pain in lower left of back. Spasm’s.

Pain in lower left of back
I have being noticing Side back pain on left side. The pain is constant and i feel like someone is pricking needle. I have consulted doctor got xray done. Taking medicines but still the pain is there. Is it muscular or muscle spasm’s .
