This pain may be associated with lower back muscular strain with a possibility of nerve root compression..
Next Steps
You should take complete bed rest for now. Start with analgesic and muscle relaxant tablet,  take calcium and vitamin d supplement,  apply analgesic ointment locally.. You can apply Lumbosacral belt for support while standing and walking.. If the pain persists, you may require to undergo investigation like MRI of lumbo sacral spine..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid sitting down,  avoid Indian toilet,  avoid forward bending, avoid stair climbing and descending..
