Pain in lower back
I have pain in lower back which travels to below shoulder blades sometimes left and some time right.this pain is since February. That pain also travels to hip. Already taken phishyotherapy for almost two months. But relief is partially.

Get your vitamin b12, vitamin d3 and uric acid levels checked. If they are not in the normal range then consult an orthopaedic and do a few sessions of physiotherapy again.
