I have injured my lower back while playing water sports. I experience pain when I try to lean back while sitting or when I get up from my sitting position. I don't feel any pain while walking or standing. Since, I have IT job, it is getting difficult for me to sit and work the whole day. Its been 2 weeks since I got injured.
