Pain in lower back
I have attached a photo
I have pain where I made circle
And i have pain both side
Symptoms urine infection, headache, weakness,
Skin and lips became dark, unable to explain eye problem, numbness in legs,
starts from left back pain and goes till left leg
Creatinine increasing
Waiting for urine culture
Sonography of abdomen normal
What could be reason?

As of now to relieve pain u can take pregalin 75 tablet twice a day And neurobion forte tablet once a day.

It can be backbone problem, can get a lateral x-ray of lumbosacral spine done.
Next Steps
Routine blood tests like CBC, RFT also should be done
