Pain in lower back
I had pain in lower back and that was radiating to right leg. I visited to orthopedist he gave me some medicine . And told me to come after doing X ray. Now X ray report has come. I want to know what is it and how should I go about it. Is it something big health issue or something very minor. Here are X ray report and prescription that he gave me.

Pain in low back and going to leg can be due to a prolapsed disc or facet joint pathology. Both of these are better seen on MRI. However whether or not you need an MRI can only be decided after better knowing nature of your pain.
Next Steps
visit a spine surgeon . you may consider using practo consult for the same.
