Pain in lower back & right leg
I was Continuously in back pain since 6 months, few days ago I travelled with bike on rough road. And in right Full leg pain started suddenly on extreme level.
I have done my LS Spine-MRI.

need to see the mri images and the clinical condition
if there is significant disc prolapse with worsening symptoms, not improving with conservative therapy, then may require surgery also.

Clinical symptoms need to be examined in person. We all will have some mri abnormalities by 30 but not all are worrisome or the cause of our pain. You can consult online before for a brief discussion.
