I was Continuously in back pain since 6 months, few days ago I travelled with bike on rough road. And in right Full leg pain started suddenly on extreme level.
I have done my LS Spine-MRI.

need to see the mri images and the clinical condition
if there is significant disc prolapse with worsening symptoms, not improving with conservative therapy, then may require surgery also.
