Pain in lower area
6months before I have a physical practical at School and while racing got very extreme pain in area above my penis like for 3 days cnt walk without pain I also went to doctor he said it's just muscle pain or maybe gas pain | told him about what happened with me and after resting like for 2 weeks the pain has gone than again it came back when I exercise then I stopped and now yesterday I again do some weight training again it started painting but yeah in the starting when I got hurt it pains when I walk but nowl only feel pain when I lay down when I move my leg upward I also put one photo where it feels pain the pain feels like someone is grabbing me inside and also I have done ultrasound also but nothing was there but pain still comes whenever I walk or stand for long period of time
