Get urine microscopic, Stool for ova and cyst, ultrasound abdomen done to know the cause for pain, share results. Then I can help you further.

Based on what you have described, pain that increases on movement and is not relieved by Drotin, Mefthal Spas, or Combiflam suggests that this may not be just simple spasmodic pain, and needs proper evaluation.
Possible causes
⢠Gynecological causes such as ovarian cyst, ovulation pain, or pelvic inflammation
⢠Appendix related pain (especially if on right side and increasing)
⢠Urinary infection or stone
⢠Muscle or ligament strain in lower abdomen
⢠Intestinal causes like colitis or gas related pain
