Pain in lower abdomen
From past several days I am felling pain in the lower abdomen part. I checked symptoms of appendix, but who can perfectly diagnose this?

appendicitis/renal calculi/urinary tract infection/ instestinal disorders.
Next Steps
first consult general physician if pain is not so severe or no other symptoms like vomiting ,fever and diarrhoea are present .if increasing pain ,fever vomiting or diarrhoea consult a general surgeon as soon as possible.

I can understand your concern.
How did you check symptoms of appendix?
Appendix is not a problem, appendicitis is a problem.
Surely you cannot diagnose it. You need to show it to a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
