Pain in leg.
Pain while start walking on upper side of sole . If not walking then not filling pain since yesterday.

Upper side of sole is not properly descriptive but you re having pain at heel when you walk after a long rest, it can be plantarfascitis (a condition in which inflammation of the cushion like structure present in the heel).

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +wax therapy +few stretching exercises will be helpful.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long standing /walking +use heel cushions+no hard sleepers+walk on hard surface.
