hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done. if there is a cavity you need to get it filled. if there is an infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. then get a crown placed over it. Bad breath could be because of deposits on teeth surface or food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Pain may be due to cavity or periodontal pocket secondry to food impaction. Visit your dentist for further information.  Try cleaning your teeth using dental floss and mouth wash.

Most probably there is food impaction. Need to see to decide if it is cavity in a tooth or due to a gum pocket and treat accordingly.
