Pain in left upper groin
Since last 3 / 4 days, feeling a pain in upper left groin. It is not continuous in nature and is being felt on certain positions/ movement of left thigh. Example, during stepping up through stairs, while trying to stand up from chair after long sitting, while trying to sit in meditation style and also while trying to turn during sleeping on bed. Taken pain killer Zerodol-P / Zerodol-MR once daily.. But no improvement.. . Had no injury and no swelling found in the region of pain..Please advise
