Pain in left knee
Pain in left knee since 3 months. Consulted a orthologist. Suggested Mri. Reports came out normal. Then suggested cartigen fort amd physiotherapy for thigh mainly quadriceps. Took 10 days session pf physiotherapy. Havent got relief and knee gets locked.

As per my advise u need proper assessment for your knee and also make sure that your foot wear having good cushion also having good arch support . Sometimes bad foot wear and wrong walking patterns could be reson for knee pain. Consult a good physiotherapist for proper assessment and training.

first take proper rest. be careful about  posture specialy during sitting and standing do quadriceps and hamstrings strengthening exercises. no need of any medicine until any emergency. walking can be good . if no progress visit my clinic.
