You have marked large area. Press and find out where exactly is most painful spot(tenderness). If it is at side of wrist, then it is De Quervain's. If it is at base of thumb, on outer side, it is joint synovitis, MCP or CMV. If it is at front or inside at joint crease, it is flexor tenosynovitis. Also, find out which movement causes pain and at which spot. That helps diagnosis
Next Steps
Initially give frequent local heating, ROM Exercises, local analgesic Ointmemt like Aaram. If still no relief, local injection can help
Health Tips
Avoid pain killers in Pregnancy. But can take Paracetamol in 2nd Trimester. But always verify from your obstetrician

It can be either tenosynovitis at the back of thumb or trigger thumb as you are complaining of something getting stuck. Avoid holding mobile, put less pressure on the thumb while doing daily activities.
Next Steps
use thumb spica splint, rest, stretching exercises.
Health Tips
we can do a teleconsultation if you want.

It is de Quervain's Tenosynovitis of thumb....meaning swelling of the tendon sheath which moves the thumb. Usually there is pain and swelling is on the wrist at the base of the thumb. It is common to have this problem in pregnancy.
Next Steps
Since you don't want to go out to see a a doctor in this pandemic, you can.. 1.Use a THUMB SPICA SPLINT. 2. Don't apply or massage the area with gels or hot water. 3.Elevate the hand as much as you can. Regards,
