Since yesterday I'm noticing a slight swelling at the left side of my waist. When I press the area there is slight very mild pain. When I'm walking there is slight pain.
What could this be? I'm very worried.
I have been diagnosed with PCOS since 2017-18. I'm taking medications for this since but switched to ayurvedic treatment a year back.
My lifestyle and eating habits has been a bit off for a few days now because of exams and preparations. Could gastric and acidity be the problem?
