I was suffering from typhoid and malaria one month ago. now i am feeling weak and a huge pain in waist in night but no fever at any time.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 2 days. Cap. Absolut3G twice a day after food for 15 days.
