Pain in left side of hip

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having pain in left side of hips. Sometimes I feel like cracking sound when I move my left leg. I have went through x ray nothing came. And I don't have arthritis. Please suggest something. I have stopped running and jogging because it increases pain. I m suffering from this since 3-4 months.

Please consult Ortho surgeon and rule out a referred pain due to nerve impingement in lower spine. You may require MRI scan of spine. Medicines and physiotherapy maybe prescribed.
