90% of this type of pain is from sciatica, which is due to disc bulge which causes sciatic nerve compression. Or can be due to pyriformis muscle compreesing the nerve, gluteal muscle compressing the nerve, or many other causes.     Sciatica due to slipped disc starts suddenly with weight lifting and pain gets worse on coughing, sneezing, sitting etc.     In about 90% cases, sciatica is due to spinal disc herniation(bulging) which compress lumbar or sacral nerve roots. And spondylllithesis, lumbar spondylosis, spinal canal stenosis, piriformis syndrome, and pelvic tumors are other causes of sciatica.       sciatica is either spinal, or extraspinal or sciatica mimics. Luckily almost all can be treated with Analgesics and antiinflammatory drugs. If not, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, disease specific exercises , behavioural therapy and daily routine changes also can be tried.     So first Consult orthopedician or neurologist. Get MRI done. Get rest for 2 weeks. Gradual and planned physiotherapy. In the meanwhile take Tab Diclofenac plus serratiopeptidase combination(tab lyser D, Tab zerodol-SP) after food twice a day with some antacid like pantoprazole (once a day in empty stomach)

Most likely you have lumbar disc disorder which typically radiates down to the hip and legs and occasionally foot ,and partly your weight aggrevates it.Get an MRI lumbosacral spine and consult with a spine surgeon. Physiotherapy , analgesics are the initial steps in the management.

This is probably because of a disc bulge. The pain that is going down your leg upto your feet is called Sciatica. Requires physiotherapy along with some medications too. Kindly consult for further plan of management
