Pain in left knee
I am suffering from knee pain(left knee) even while walking or using staircase and there is little stiffness also .
Sometimes while bending there is sound of "tak" in the knee joint and when I go to sleep at night it usually pains .
I have been suffering from this problem for the last 1 week .
Firstly I thought that it's because of running on concrete track so I have stopped running but inspite of this knee pain troubling me in my day to day activities.
Please help

You seem to have some pathology around the knee cap called "patella". This can happen due to improper running technique.
Next Steps
Consult a Knee specialist to assess the extent of internal injury. He may prescribe medications, X-rays and possibly an MRI of the knee.
Health Tips
Avoid floor activities like sitting cross-legged, squatting , etc.
