Pain in left jaw when mouth opened wide
I am having pain in front of my left ear when I move my jaw since 1 week.There is also a small swelling in front of my ear which can be felt only when touched.

Did u have any injury on that side or is your upper wisdom molar erupting in an unusual direction? Erupting wisdom molar can result in such a condition. Please get it examined by a dentist. You will need to get some X-ray done

The pain could be related to the TM joint or the ear. Get a dental check up. If TMJ problem is ruled out then you have to consult an ENT surgeon
