Hi. Here the problem as per your report is more of a meniscal tear. We need to check out your clinical pictures to see what problems you actually have. As per your reports you might have to undergo Arthroscopy if your pain does not go.
Meniscus should be repaired with parameniscal cyst should be excised. All to be done with key hole surgery.
Next Steps
Should continue to do quadriceps and hamstring exercises.
