Pain in left hip

Pain in left hip

Asked for Male, 32 Years

Pain in left hip. MRI shows mild fluid and sweeling. Doctors have started TB medicine but TB not detected in montulast test and moreover fluid was taken from my bone but Any smptoms of TB did not came. Now what is the actual problem and further course of action
