Pain in left heel
Dear Sir/Mam, I don't know the reason why it started and exactly when but I have pain in my left hee from last 5 months.l initially it was inside so whenever I took foot massage it was relaxing but now it feels really painfull and sometimes stops me to walk. What should I go for xray or something else.

That's due to foot stiffness,do foot stretching exercises daily it will reduce once the flexibility of foot improve,otherwise consult orthopedic surgeon
