Hello sir, my mother having pain in right hand looking like pulling of nerve in right hand and she is having medicine from last 3 years but still her problem persist. It mainly improves in winter

Looks like nerve compression in neck. Please share details and investigations. Take painkillers for now. If still have issues consult. Thanks

If the problem has been there over the last 3 years, it may be a bit severe. It would be better to get some work up done.. like X ray or MRI of Cervical spine. Is she taking any medicines.. Is there any tingling numbness in upper limbs..
Next Steps
She may start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, take calcium and vitamin d supplements..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work,  avoid jerky movements of neck...
