Pain in left breast

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Am feeling pinching pain in my left breast since from 2 days...it also happened earlier.. But now am getting afraid..whether is it something serious..or not...I examine my breast whether there is any lump over there or not..but am not able to get exact idea..am very afraid ..what to do please help...
