I've been on Ketogenic diet for 2 weeks now . Today , I started having pains in the lower left abdominal area and a little in lower back and upper left thigh. The pain is very low but constant. I take multi vitamins everyday. Can someone please suggest what can be done about it and is it even related to the diet?

It is difficult to say without proper details. You have not mentioned what kind of food you are taking on ketogenic diet. It is high in fats, also the quality of fats that you are taking makes a difference. If it is low quality and processed saturated fats, they are difficult to digest. Are you doing it under the supervision of a nutritionist? If not, then better do.
