I have started running its been a month & from that day i am having pain in my knees & it doesn't stop .

Interferential therapy, Ultrasonic therapy, Tens therapy to be taken. Get Knee X Ray done. Static knee exercises, & later progressive resistance exercises to do. Consult a Physiotherapist.
