I have a pain in my knee at a particular point It pain when I touch the point and when I move my leg. I showed to my family doc ,he gave me some medicine ,it gave me relief for a week but it started today again. Medicine- indoga 25,betnelan 0.5mg,zinetac

Please get an x-ray done of knee joints first. It may be due to old injuries or arthritis? Do some quadriceps and isometric of knees exercises. Hot water formantation at knees. Walk daily 45 minutes at morning. . Thank you for being with us.
