Pain in index finger of toe
A few days back I fell since then I have pain in area in and around my index finger of toe. It's not a fracture since I am able to walk but pain is there while walking. It's been a week. What steps I can take to make it better

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Get x rays There could be a minor fracture Take rest If it's a fracture it will heal in 6 weeks time approximately

With a toe fracture you might still be able to walk. If your pain is decreasing and the swelling is coming down then just continue treatment at home and avoid hanging your leg down for long hours.
Next Steps
Apply ice packs Avoid sitting long hours with leg hanging down Painkillers can be taken if pain is unbearable under cover of antacids Apply buddy strapping where you tie your second and third toe together with an adhesive tape
