Pain in Hips and Waist

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My Wife (32 years) is having Pain in Hips and waist since last 20 days, initially pain was in her waist and now it is in hips. During wake up in morning and during night sleep due to movement during sleeping, pain was more in intensity. Her iron (Serum), TIBC, uric acid, calcium total serum, thyroid, lipid is in limit as per test done. She took combiflam for 1-2 days but it didn't work. Please suggest good medicine for her to get rid of this issue. Thanks in advance
