  3. Pain in. heels. Still unable to cope up!

My mother is having se ere pain in her heels. She cant walk properly due to this. Unless she dont take a pain killer she becomes restless. She is dealing with this since last 2 years. Hough now she using soft heels but still unable to cope up

Need to examin her . meanwhile she can go for hot and cold water fomentation
