Pain in heels
I am having severe pain in my heels while walking. It's been 3 months. I tried volini and other ointment but no relief. Pls help

Hi it can be calcanium spur/planter fasciatis, take proper physiotherapy treatment, try soft base footwear. Dr Ankit Aggarwal

Heel pain may be due various causes. Initially begin with alternate hot and cold water bath of foot for 15min.for 1 week. If still not resolved consult your nearest physiotherapy center.

hi, u have planter fasciitis.inflammed heels.u need proper physiotherapy treatment.it 'll take approx 15 days. reg - Dr sachin
