Pain in heels
I am having severe pain in my heels while walking. It's been 3 months. I tried volini and other ointment but no relief. Pls help

Hi it can be calcanium spur/planter fasciatis, take proper physiotherapy treatment, try soft base footwear.

Heel pain may be due various causes. Initially begin with alternate hot and cold water bath of foot for 15min.for 1 week. If still not resolved consult your nearest physiotherapy center.
