Pain in heels after rest
Whenever I step on ground after some rest especially after waking up, I am not able to walk because of pain in my heels of the feet. This started after I ran in the park in sleepers on a hard ground. It has been a month but the pain hasn't gone. After some time it becomes normal but pain again comes up after rest

Hi, this probably sounds like plantar fascitis, which is an inflammation of the fascia in your heels. You can give yourself some rest, apply icing twice a day in the painful part, elevate ur foot on a pillow in the night. Good shoes with plantar arch support is a good idea. If it doesn't settle, we'll need a x ray lateral view of ur ankle, to look for micro fractures or calcaneal spurs. So consult a pain physician or an orthopedician. Good luck.
