Hello..... well I need to know after the fall did she lose conscious or lets have any sort of cuts or any bleeding from ear nose etc....the pain might be due to just external injury and no internal trauma too.. just maintaining hydration and resting well will make you better...please consult a physician to rule out other possibilities..thank you

Pain after falling can be a result of Concussion INjury, It has to be considered very important and an urgent emergency. You should probably check with hospital and try getting an MRI DONE. if you see the changes in neurology such as: 1) Loss of consciousness or change in arousal level (attention). 2) Memory Loss / Impairment. 3) Change in speech. 4) Change in behaviour Pattern. If you notice any of the things that indicates that there has been an insult to the brain. + Headache of throbbing type could also be related to increased bloop pressure which may cause stroke . It is advisable to describe the type and area of headache and at least get a CT done (if anything is found problematic then MRI can be advised)
Next Steps
Consider this of utmost importance and do not ignore. kindly get a CT done or follow up with a neurologist.
Health Tips
PLAYING WITH NEUROLOGY IS NOT A GOOD WAY TO STAY HEALTHY.
