I have noticed pain in my head back side from last 1-2 year but that pain was not pointed. But from previous month, I'm observing a pointed pain in my back of head at particular place repeating in every 1-2 week. 1st pointed pain occured on right side then 2nd time in left side and now 3rd time again in right side. What it can be?

Appears to be Occipital Neuralgia. You can read about this condition online, but in short there can be many causes, most of which are not serious. Most people benefit from simple measures like mild painkillers, muscle relaxants, changing their pillow and work position (particularly those working on a computer most of the time and work from home during lockdown).
I would still suggest a plain MRI of the head and cervical spine as a screening test to rule out any serious causes.
