I am having a lot of pain in my gums.Gums have swollen up and after eating meftal p cheeks also swelled.

Kindly visit your dentist (periodontist-gum specialist) to get your gums checked. swelling indicates underlying gum infection.

swollen gums and bleeding gums are a sign of gum disease. When your brushing technique is not proper , bacteria in the mouth forms plaque on the teeth. These bacteria may cause your gums to become inflamed, which results in red, swollen, or bleeding gums. Called as gingivitis . Please visit a dentist for clinical examination. Deep cleaning / scaling can reverse this problem . You can take Tab Ibugesic plus thrice daily for 5 days gingival / gum inflammation. Rinse you mouth with alcohol free mouth wash (10ml of water with 10ml of mouthwash and swish for 30 seconds in your mouth and spit )
