Pain in gums and teeth
I have pain in my gums and root of teeth from past 2 months. I consulted a dentist but to no aavail. While eating the pain increases exponentialy kindly help.

First take an OPG or full mouth panoramic x ray view and consult a good dentist at the earliest. You may need gum treatment along with Root canal of the tooth /teeth which is deeply carious with pulpal exposure. Along with this you need to take antibiotics and painkiller also. Do warm saline water rinse frequently.

You will have to do a thorough scaling and if needed root planning and a full mouth radiograph has to be take .

Thats for sure u have some deep caries. As u have pain on compression. Go for an opg this will help in diagnosing which tooth has infection or deep carious. So that the definite treatment can be done

You need to do a cleaning and take a full mouth x-ray like Opg and consult your Dentist... Also check whether you have night grinding habit which will cause pain in all your teeth and jaws as you wake up in the morning.. You need to confirm that whether it is a pain or sensitivity while eating... If sensitivity you have desensitising toothpaste available... But if it is pain we need to have a clinical examination and also should need to check with your x-ray..
