Pain in groin or testes
I have faced a pinched pain in my left testicle which is very slight and some time reflect in groin pain . Intailly started in back like a pinched nerve pain . Also I am faced constipation and bloating issue , urge to bathroom frequently but could not get proper motion . It's it due gas?
My urine sample is ok lower abdomen ultrasound also ok.

You're having multiple stomach issues. Consult a General Surgeon for further advise. You may need to use Medicines.
Health Tips
High fibre diet.
Drink alteast 3 litres water daily.
Avoid spicy food, oily food, outside food.
