Lower abdomen pain radiating to testicle

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Hi, since last two days I am having lower abdomen pain in both sides which radiates to both testicles a bit. The pain is like stiff pain like a vein is pulled I feel a bit relaxed while lying down but feel more pain while sitting straight or standing. This mostly happens at evening/night time and goes away in the morning. I had the same issue few years back for which doctor gave me stomach ulcer medicines and it was cured. But this has come back again. What might be the real cause?
