Ive been doing deadlifts and lower back exercises, My lower back already recovered but i cant still bow low enough because of my lower abs, stomach, groin pain, i dont know exactly where it is. I think it is because from deadlifting.

I feel u had more then u need so get rested flat for couple days on flat surface by place pillow under ur knees. By this ur fatigued muscles get relaxed
