I was given injections some by IV and some in gluteal area 10 days back.
Pain in gluteal area both side since 2 days
Fever started today and also I am having my periods from today amd facing a lot of weakness.
I am taking one pain killer( Trypsin-chymotrypsin) and paracetamol from today.
What should I do as a next step?

Hi, it could be gluteal abscess( that means there is pus accumulation in the area where you were given injection, due to infection) And the best treatment for it is that the pus should be evacuated.
