Pain in front row gums
Having pimples in the gums under the front row teeth. Took b complex but no use. Pls Suggest treatment

Hi.. You need to get x ray done for this problem. It could be a gum infection or tooth infection or just a normal variation. Visit your nearest dentist. Regards

A" pimple " could be an ulcer or could indicate an infection in the tooth ( due to decay or an injury anytime in the past )that has spread to the gums. Please get yourself evaluated by a dentist as soon as possible. It may require an x ray as well.
