Pain in foot
When I sit or lie down, I find it difficult to get up as my right foot hurts. I have to wait in one place and put pressure on it. Of late I have started experiencing pain in my knee cap as well

Hello Madam, Pain in the foot like this is mostly due to calcaneal spur or plantar fascitis. An X Ray will be able to tell the exact reason behind your problem. Please share if you have undergone any X Ray. Depending on that, I will be able to suggest you the best suitable treatment option for your condition.
