Constant foot calluses and foot pain
Hey everyone, I’m looking for advice or solutions from anyone who has dealt with this. I seem to get painful, thick foot calluses constantly, while my friends don't get them at all. On top of that, whenever we walk or stand together, my feet start aching and hurting significantly earlier than theirs. It feels like my feet are absorbing all the shock incorrectly or my weight isn't distributing right. Has anyone else experienced early foot fatigue and constant calluses? What worked for you? I’m looking for everyday solutions like: Specific types of shoe inserts or orthotics that actually help. Footwear brands known for fixing weight distribution/shock absorption. Stretches or exercises that reduce early foot fatigue. Appreciate any tips or products you can recommend!
