Hand pain and fingers pain with stiffness specially in the morning , could be related to synovitis or rheumatoid arthritis.Ideally you should consult with a general physician in your area to determine the cause ,and if necessary blood investigation that includes CBC ESR CRP levels rheumatoid arthritis profile tests.
