Pain in end of heel
Having pain in the morning on 1st steps or after rest in end of heel of right leg. Is it related to some serious issue? It's not too much that can't be tolerated but cannot ignored also as it's there from more then 20-25 days.

Hi there...unilateral heel pain could be due to several things like inflammation of tenodcalcaneum tendon (trauma or sprain), corn, foreign body granuloma. It will require detailed clinical examination to determine the cause. For now you try to give as much rest as possible to the heel. Try cold water compresses. And visit a orthopedic when possible to determine the cause and further treatment.
