  3. Pain in different parts. Please help!

Pain in different parts
I have pain in legs below knee and in my lower back and butt. Also pain in left hand neae shoulder due to which i cannot raise my hand. I have a lot of fat on my body and hence i cannot walk properly. Also getting up is a problem to me. Please help
